High strength solid CuMnAlNi alloy welding wire.
APPLICATIONS
Welding or construction of aluminum bronze. Cladding components that undergo metal-on-metal wear under high pressure. Particularly suitable for maritime environments. The addition of manganese and nickel improves hardness and strength. Excellent for joining and cladding copper alloys, unalloyed and low-alloyed steels and gray cast iron.
CHARACTERISTICS
Highest content of the Al-Bronze types. Seawater-resistant copper-aluminium alloy without zinc with high toughness and improved hardness. “Very good weldability compared to the more common Al. bronze. “
