| Description | This adapter is used to mount an argon, nitrogen or mixed gas reducing valve on a carbon dioxide cylinder. The reducing nipple is supplied without sealing rings. The pressure reducing valve almost always has a sealing ring mounted on the connecting pin. Don't forget to buy the sealing ring for the 21.8 r side. |

| Remark | It is better to replace the connecting pin with sealing ring and union of the reducing valve. An adapter nipple provides an additional possibility for leakage. When changing the cylinder, the adapter nipple is often forgotten to remove from the cylinder. This is often only discovered when the cylinder is already at the filling station. |
