Pneumatic tapping machine / tapping arm on air

This Cowley pneumatic tapping arm is used for fast and accurate tapping of different types of materials. The machine can be used both horizontally and vertically.

The tapping machine also has the following features:

• Wide tap range from M3 to M12
• Weightless operation thanks to gas springs
• Interchangeable tap heads with quick-release system
• Variable and adjustable speed
• Pressure regulator with manometer

The machine is supplied as standard including:

6x GT12 DIN tap holder with slip coupling (adjustable torque):

• M3 (ø3.5mm / shaft = 2.7mm)
• M4 (ø4.5mm / shaft = 3.4mm)
• M5-6 (ø6.0mm / shaft = 4.9mm)
• M8 (ø8.0mm / shaft = 6.2mm)
• M10 (ø10.0mm / shaft = 8.0mm)
• M12 (ø9.0mm / shaft = 7.0mm)
