| Description | This "ball" bearing carriage, actually a sliding bearing, is attached to the jaw holder (26 mm) of a Gloor Ideal cutting front piece (600016 or 600017)). By using a "ball" bearing carriage you have a fixed distance between the cutting nozzle and the steel. The support you get from the wheels makes it easy to make a nice cut. The advantage of a "ball" bearing carriage compared to a guide carriage is that the burner rotates relative to the carriage and you do not have to rotate the hoses around the center of the circle. |
