| Description | This hot-firing nozzle is used on an acetylene/oxygen hot-firing nozzle. The bore in the injector of the hot-firing front part must be adapted to the size of the hot-firing nozzle. If you want to use a larger heating nozzle you will also need to adjust the injector size. This shower head has 19 holes. The mouthpiece gives a bright and wide flame image. The nozzle has an M14 x 1.5 thread and fits our soldering nipple 996101. The acetylene consumption is 2400 liters per hour with a set pressure of 0.8 bar. The oxygen consumption is 5500 liters per hour with a set pressure of 4.0 bar. |

| Remark | Pay attention to the acetylene consumption during hot firing. A 50 liter acetylene cylinder only releases 1000 liters of acetylene per hour. With a larger quantity you run the risk of acetone being sucked from the cylinder into your system. A syrup-like liquid then enters your pressure reducer, flame arrestor, hoses and heater that is difficult to remove. |
