| Description | This nitrogen hose is also used for helium, argon and argon mixed gases with a purity of less than 5.0. For 5.0 gases and higher, stainless steel/stainless steel hoses must be used. The hose has a polyamide inner sheath and a polyurethane outer sheath and is provided with a polyester insert. The hose is produced according to the SAE 100R7 standard. The working pressure is 210 bar and the burst pressure 910 bar. A radius of 55 mm is specified as the minimum bending radius. To prevent torsion in the hose, it is equipped with an anti-rotation key. The 21.8r connection on the battery side has a 21 mm long gland with a copper sealing ring. The 24.32 connection on the cylinder side is equipped with a 40 mm long gland with a delrin sealing ring. The anti-rotation key is mounted on this side. This hose is supplied with a hose break cable as standard. |
