Rutile thick rutile-basic coated electrode suitable for welding low alloyed steels with tensile strength up to 510 MPa. Starts easily. Recommended for root welding in pipelines due to excellent welding properties.

Eigenschappen

• The weld metal deposit has high mechanical properties and can be used for a wide range of materials.
• Redrying 140°C / 1 hr.
• As Welded: R 400 MPa, Rm 500 MPa, A5 25%, Impact Energy 50 J (-20°C) / 65 J (0°C), Hardness HRc.
• Analysis: C 0.1, Si 0.2, Mn 0.5, P 0.02, S 0.02.
